Sunday's Snowflakes - Essential Items

For as long as I have been shopping, Sunday's Snowflakes has been known as the go to store for excellent quality clothes designed for women to enjoy in their everyday lives. Wendy Graham’s vision has been serving up superior selection and service in the downtown location for 29 years, dressing locals and vacationers in their favorite or soon to be favorite outfit. Her team like her clients has been with her forever; now that speaks volumes! Wendy is also a community minded business woman, whose reputation and contribution for Santa’s Anonymous is commemorating 17 years of fundraising thru sell out fashion shows featuring world famous designer Simon Chang.

When I say quality I mean quality with significant appeal. I have an essential item in my closet I purchased 10 years ago that I still wear and I still get complimented on. That is what I call a successful purchase; longevity meets quality and personal style. Let me tell you every time that compliment comes my way I find myself privately thanking Wendy and her staff for the great style advice.

Wendy says,” everyone has something to sell, its how you sell it that makes the difference. Pay attention to the details, pay attention to your clients needs.” I stood in Sunday's Snowflakes and listened to Wendy greet her clients on a first name basis and I became humbled by her generous welcoming . This relaxing impression makes it easy to open up and receive some good old fashion retail therapy.

Wendy likes to dress women in age appropriate clothes catering to women who don’t want to look like mutton dressed as lamb. No low rise pants, muffin top surprises here. What ever your body shape, color, or style the expert staff will turn you out looking your finest. Wendy and her staff are working for you.

OK… so I ask you, what store is as good as Sunday's Snowflakes on Douglas St? The other Sunday's Snowflakes out at Mattick’s Farm I say. Wow! what a destination location Wendy has created for us all to enjoy. This hip rural setting gives us an opportunity to buy a great outfit, go for lunch, and pick up a bottle of wine all in one well thought out area. It is a real West Coast style mall that operates an indoor out door setting in amongst the trees.  If your man doesn’t want to shop with you, there is a golf course steps away for him to enjoy. Sounds like a great day for everyone.
