Directly in the heart of downtown Victoria lives a beautiful boutique well known to all locals as Still Life Boutique. Still, it is not, active, it has always been. Not only did my older sister work there in high school, but I bought my first grown up, going out to party dress off their rack. That was 24years ago Gasp! Oh how the times have changed but Still Life continues to be present in delivering the forward looks in fashion to the hip cool people active within the downtown core and to the LoJo (Lower Johnson) shopper.
In March of 2007, Kim Weber and Matt Jensen became the fresh face of Still Life bringing their creative forces together in creating the next generation of this landmark boutique. The store has internally evolved but nothing has really changed; it is still the place to shop. My take is they could easily be the pin up couple for cool in Victoria!
The genuine experience you will receive from their library influenced store and relaxed mid luxury clothing collection will give way to trying on different looks. Thus advancing and raising your own style bar.
The owners are the ones taking care of your needs along side their faithful and knowledgeable sales support Jordan so you know you are going to get great service. This is the only store on LoJo that sells men’s and women’s wear; a great place for a couple to be styled by the in vogue duo. Plus if you are from out of town, this heart of downtown couple will give you the inside scoop on most goings on in our fair city. Think of Still Life as the downtown clothing concierge that will send you on your way somewhere fabulous looking impressive and feeling celebrated.
Kim and Matt are very passionate vis-a`-vis their customers and work on the shared vision relating to the customer’s wishes; more of a good thing to come.
